Thank you for your interest in obtaining Sacramento Stonewall's Endorsement.

The Stonewall Democratic Club of Greater Sacramento is considering endorsements of candidates for the June 2010 Primary Election.

To assist our membership please complete our questionnaire, which can be downloaded below. Your answers can be as long or short as you prefer. Attach pages as necessary. Your responses will be provided to the membership and are therefore public information. You must sign and date each page and return the questionnaire to Stonewall Democratic Club. It may be returned via e-mail (preferred) or via fax or mailed. Contact information is as follows:
